Our Homemade Items
At Papa Jack's we take great pride in our homemade items. We make our pizza dough fresh from scratch 5 to 6 times a week. Our original dough recipe takes on average about 3 to 4 hours to complete. We prepare our our rolls about 4 to 5 times a week and our roll recipe takes on average about 3 hours to complete. We make our pizza sauce 3 to 4 times a week with our specialty spice blend and top quality canned tomatoes. We also offer some other specialty sauces to our customers that are homemade. Our honey mustard that is served with some sandwiches is made from scratch. It is not the same honey mustard that is served with our salads. It is very creamy and rich in flavor. Our bbq sauce is made from scratch from a recipe that has been in our family for years. Our zesty ranch sauce is a favorite among many of our regular customers. It is a very spicy sauce to enjoy on many of our sandwiches. Some customers even use it on their salads. This sauce is also what we suggest using on your philly steak sub.
